Safety and Quality
Our team provides leadership and oversight to assist with regulatory compliance and guide quality improvement activities at the organizational and departmental level. We offer assessments and supporting materials to assist in the establishment of an engaged and active safety culture.
Services provided include:
- Establish oversight of quality and safety scalable to the organization’s business
- Facilitate process workflow assessment for sound financial stewardship
- Establish a Patient Advisory Council to guide improvement efforts toward a patient- centered approach
- Implement a balanced scorecard approach to assess, monitor and inform business decisions, including employee experience, safe and effective processes, customer experience, and financial sustainability
- Facilitate preparation for ASTRO APEx accreditation
- Facilitate use of the Baldrige Excellence Framework to inform business excellence and enable regional Alliance for Performance Excellence recognition
- Document and streamline radiation oncology process workflow
- Define policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Define incident reporting approach to support a strong culture of safety
- Establish key performance indicators specific to business objectives
